The Del Mar Mesa Tuscan Estate

Was the inspiration for the formation of USModular, Inc.  This home was site built, and took close to three years to complete.  Realizing that the traditional design, permitting and construction process was not the most efficient way to build a home, was the inspiration to help future clients build magnificent homes faster, better, greener and for less using Off-Site Modular Construction.  The visionary Principals of USModular designed and built this three-story, gated Tuscan inspired Estate.  The Estate sits atop Del Mar Mesa in San Diego, CA overlooking the Grand Del Mar Resort.  A custom home with over 8,800 sf of living space and a five car garage, this one of a kind home features Santa Barbara stucco finish, a clay tile roof, crown moulding, hardwood cabinetry, faux painted walls, stained glass, granite/marble countertops, hardwood/stone/carpeted floors, and bronze fixtures.  The exterior features a vanishing edge pool and spa spilling into a canyon, an outdoor living room/kitchen with marble countertops and Viking appliances surrounded by a huge wood burning fireplace.  Putting greens, a sports court and kids playground were added to make living in this home a true Resort experience.
