In 2015 USModular, Inc continued to build quality prefabricated modular projects that ranged in size from a 700 sq. ft guest house in San Diego to a multimillion dollar 2 story custom home in West Los Angeles. USModular, Inc. helped build Valencia Grove, a 105,317 sq. ft., 86 unit apartment project built for the County of San Bernardino Housing Authority in Redlands, CA, along with many other single family homes through the Southwestern United States.
Welcome Home Showcase
USModular Home Builders partnered with Champion Home Builders and NGHTV to build the “Welcome Home” Showcase, a fully furnished home that was donated to a deserving veteran in the Phoenix, Arizona area in February. The 1700 sq. ft. modular home was unveiled onsite at the 2015 International Builders Show IN LAS VEGAS, where we met thousands of builders from across the country.
This green, energy efficient, 3 bedroom modular home is the subject of an NGHTV.com series that debuted in Spring 2015. Viewers were able to follow the home from construction, to the 2015 IBS, to Arizona and on to the final reveal. People touring the home from across the country signed the “Welcome Home” banner, which greeted the new homeowner at the final reveal of their brand new, fully-furnished, energy efficient home built with modular construction.
Attendees at the 2015 IBS + KBIS Show in Las Vegas on January 20 and 22 wondered where the other half of the NGHTV’s Showcase Home was!
The answer was in Phoenix, the city hosting Super Bowl XLIX, awaiting the return of the IBS half, where the two halves were joined together and showcased in association with Rebuilding Together 20th Anniversary as a Super Bowl Sanctioned Event Partner. The completed home was donated through the co-operation of NGHTV.com, Champion Homes and USModular Inc. plus product partners to Rebuilding Together, who donated the furnished home to a veteran in the greater Phoenix area.

Another successful day for the USModular Home Builders team in the Manhattan Beach
area of Los Angeles, California as they set 4 modules of the 2500 sq. ft. 2 story craftsman style home in a matter of a few hours. The home owners and the gathering of family, friends and onlookers couldn’t believe that USModular, Inc. turned a foundation into a 2 story house in ONE day. Once inter-module connections were made, garage completed and custom cabinets installed…this beautiful home was ready for sale by owner to a lucky buyer who wants a custom home centrally located and only a mile from the beach in sunny Los Angeles, CA.
West Los Angeles, CA
This stunning home was installed in West LA on Wednesday, April 29th. This multimillion dollar home is 2 story, 2,912 sf, four bedrooms and three bathrooms with stucco finish, custom cabinetry, granite counters and hardwood floors. This custom home built using modular construction includes a loft and family room. With the help of USModular, Inc., you can discover that California is the perfect place to build your new modular home!
This simple Ranch style prefab Modular home is 1,585 sf with 4 bedrooms, a master bath, guest bath, and utility room. Finishes to the home include arched top interior doors; Moss Mist exterior trim color and rye stain mocha glaze cabinets. The home has 9 ‘interior walls with vaulted ceilings.
At the corner of Orange Street and Lugonia Avenue in Redlands, CA, The ORIGINAL Valencia Grove apartments were built more than 70 years ago. The entire community is currently undergoing a major revitalization with the demolition of the original apartments and construction on new modern apartments with 86 units totalling 105,317 sf and built for the County of San Bernardino Housing Authority. The site plan for the revitalization of Valencia Grove in North Redlands includes three parks/playgrounds and a multi-use community center. With the use of modular construction, the construction and financing costs were lowered; the project permitting and construction were faster, so the project had earlier occupancy due to the use of innovative Modular Construction!
The project involves the following partners: HPI, Chase Bank, PNC Bank, USModular, Inc., City of Redlands, Redlands Unified School District, and the County of San Bernardino. These partners worked together to revitalize this North Redlands neighborhood and have created a vibrant mixed income community with multi-use educational and recreational facilities available to all residents of the City of Redlands.

American Indian Modular Construction, Inc. Founding member Adam Geisler has been involved in Native American housing challenges for over 15 years and saw that few contractors understood the needs of reservation housing, as many homes provided were of inferior quality. Adam realized that a Native American Indian General Contractor would be better positioned to understand the financial constraints of building on Reservations as well as the features that would make for a quality home for members. AIMC is a full service General Contracting Company that has over 70 years combined experience in building quality Manufactured Homes, Modular Homes and Prefabricated Buildings.
Adam Geisler’s many qualifications include the following:
