The Prototype (8 Modules) will be installed On-Site in Redlands, CA on August 5th and 6th, 2014. Installation of the remainder of the modules (172) will soon follow. The 86 unit apartment project will be a 105,317 sf Affordable Senior Housing project and will consist of 13 apartment buildings and a Community Center set on 11 acres of land formerly occupied by housing built in the 1940’s. The 172 modules, built Off-Site by Silvercreek Industries will be craned on to the foundations and Site-Built garages installed by Perera Construction and USModular, Inc.
