Please allow us to share some of the highlights we experienced during 2014.

Tiny is the Next Big Thing!

USModular unveiled another innovative concept in home construction. California Tiny Homes is a division of USModular Home Builders. Our homes are built with modern Off-Site Modular Construction, a green building style that has less impact on the environment and the neighborhood. We have many plans that are designed specifically as Tiny Homes / Granny Flats / Accessory Units and they are ideal for the up-and-coming tiny and small home market. A “Tiny Home” can be built as a Granny Flat or Accessory Unit so all extended family members can experience a sense of privacy.  Most cities allow a separate granny flat – and these homes can be an economical and fun solution for all.

The concept of “home” is different for everyone.  For some, “home” is about the people you surround yourself with and how it feels to spend time there.   Living “tiny” can free up time, energy and money to focus on things that matter.   Building a Tiny Home, Granny Flat or Accessory Unit can be an economical way to add living space and a sense of pride for all.   Visit California Tiny Home Website
Cheers to a successful 2015!
