Yes, every one of USModular’s dream homes carries a 1-year limited builder’s warranty in addition to a 10-year structural warranty. The 10-year structural warranty provides 10 years of structural defect coverage that begins when the buyer moves in or when the project is finished, whichever comes first.
A structural defect is any physical damage to the home’s designated load-bearing elements. Any damage caused by failure that affects the home’s load-bearing function to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unlivable is covered by the warranty.
