Yes, each one of USModular’s custom houses comes with a 1-year limited builder’s warranty on top of a 10-year structural warranty. The 10-year structural warranty offers 10 years of structural imperfection coverage that starts when the project is finished or when the buyer moves in, whichever comes first.
A structural defect is any material damage to the home’s defined load-bearing objects. Damage caused by failure that alters the home’s load-bearing purpose to the extent that the home becomes dangerous, contaminated, or otherwise unlivable is fully covered.
