Does USModular Offer a Warranty?
Yes. Each of USModular’s custom homes carries a 1-year limited builder’s warranty in addition to a 10-year structural warranty. The 10-year structural warranty provides 10 years of structural defect coverage that begins when the buyer moves in or when the project is closed, whichever comes first. A structural defect is any physical damage to the home’s designated load-bearing elements. Damage caused by failure that affects the home’s load-bearing function to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable is covered.
