Modular homes in L.A. are greener and more energy efficient than site built homes. Make your new home as green as it can be with a prefab home!

It’s no secret that ‘going green’ is important to the residents of Los Angeles. From green hotels, green dining and activities to green shopping, green cars, and green architecture, it’s clear L.A. dwellers have the environment on their minds in all aspects of their lives.

USModular is committed to saving you as much money, both in the short term and the long term, as possible. We also know that it is our responsibility to protect the environment as much as we can. Building homes off-site and in a controlled factory allows us to take advantage of reusing and recycling processes, inventory and waste control, and humidity control.

Each of our customized modular homes comes with standard energy saving features. We use energy efficient Low E windows, fiberglass batt insulation, low flow valves, pex water piping, and many more environmentally friendly options. Our architects, engineers, and design team work closely with homeowners and home builders nationwide to ensure that their modular project is LEED Certified at one of the 4 levels of certification.
