What is the Usual Timeline for Modular Homes?
The time span needed to build a custom modular home will differ greatly depending on the size and type of the modular new home built. Often times, the modular home manufacturing process can begin within around four to six months after the required building permits are obtained. The average modular new home can be finished within 21 to 30 days from the time the manufacturing permits were obtained.
Within 34 – 40 days of completion, the custom new home is transported to the building location.
