The Owners envisioned a home that will serve them though their later years, embrace the stunning harbor views and sit lightly on the site. To do the the Fish Mackay Architects collaborated with a modular home builder to create a unique modular solution that allowed most of the construction to happen in a factory on the mainland. The modules arrived by ferry and were craned onto the foundation.
