The Foyer is open to the 2nd floor ceiling. Two large folding patio doors will open up to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and custom BBQ area. The 2nd floor will have a full width balcony that also serves as a covered patio.

This home will be built with Off-Site Modular Construction also know as Prefab Construction. The benefits of building with Modular Construction are time savings and quality. While the lot grading and foundation is completed, the home is built Off Site – in our fabrication facility.
